When you sign up for hosting or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, billing information, and the domain or project you want to host. We also collect technical logs (IP address, browser, server request logs) needed to run the hosting service and keep it secure.
How we use it
We use your details to provide the hosting you’ve paid for, send service notifications, answer support requests, and meet tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Who we share it with
Your data is shared only with the providers we need to run the service: our infrastructure partner (WP Cloud by Automattic), our payment processor, and our email and support platforms. Each of these is contractually bound to handle your data under GDPR-compliant terms.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct anything that’s wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days.
